Robert Burton Rutledge, born February 29, 1952, son of James B. and Juanita Garcia Rutledge, and brother of Ronald Blaine Rutledge, died on Monday, September 28, 2009 following a long illness. Bobby leaves behind many friends and family members who will miss him.
