Brenda Lee Landers, 75, died September 22, 2009. She is survived by her husband Gene, daughter Sheila Keller and husband Don, son Doug Gaylor and partner Dorine Tilton, all of Albuquerque and is also survived by her sister Jo Crumley. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Duffie and Lola Lowman and her brother-in-law Roy Crumley. She graduated from Highland High School in 1952. Mrs. Landers worked as an Administrative Assistant for the US Navy in Mountainview, California, the Corps of Engineers in Albuquerque until retiring in 1995. She will be missed by many of her friends at Liberty Gym. Her smiling face will always be remembered. Brenda loved going to Santa Fe to shop and to eat red chile at the Shed Restaurant. Mrs. Landers was an elegant beautiful lady. Throughout her life she had many hardships and illnesses: however, she always had a positive attitude and a sweet disposition. A private memorial service will be held.
