Paul D., age 83, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, September 19, 2009, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lillian; daughter Paula McNabb and husband John; brother-in-law Andrew Shanley and wife Kathy; brother-in-law Bob Hooten and wife Caroline; numerous nieces and nephews. Paul served his country during WWII and received both the Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. He retired from work in the Indian Health Division of Civil Service in 1980. He was a member of Christian Fellowship Church in Albuquerque. Visitation will be Monday, September 21, 2009, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at French Lomas Chapel. Service will be Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. at French Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
