Obituary for WHITE

Paulette West White, born in Niceville, FL on March 16, 1948, Paulette passed peacefully away on Friday, September 18. Paulette traveled the world with her family in the Air Force, graduated from high school in Grand Forks, ND and earned a nursing degree in Atlanta, GA. Recently, Paulette managed the Allsups convenience store on Central and Zuni, SE, where she again touched many lives. She enjoyed nature, was an accomplished seamstress and avid reader. Her true love in life was rescuing animals and she spent much of her life doing so. Her dog, Sassy, was by her side when she died. Her kindhearted ways will be greatly missed. She was lovingly cared for by the staff at The Copper Rose Assisted Living and Ambercare Hospice and she treasured the friendships she made with them. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ken West and Lee Moser of El Paso, TX and sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Kevin McIntyre of Bainbridge, GA and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at The Copper Rose, 3803 Copper Avenue NE, Albuquerque (505-266-0244).
