Angie M. Valdez, 71, a resident of Albuquerque passed away September 11, 2009. Mrs. Valdez is survived by her daughter, Bernadette A. Montoya and husband, Frank; her sons, Pete Valdez and Richard Valdez and wife, Mary Alice; four grandchildren, Adrian Montoya, Joshua Montoya, Nathaniel Valdez, and Marisa Valdez; one great-granddaughter, Kailyn Montoya; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Monday, September 14, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Time and place of Funeral Service to be announced. Pallbearers will be Frank Montoya, Adrian Montoya, Joshua Montoya, Nathaniel Valdez, Chano Martinez, and Xavier Gutierrez. Cremation will follow the Funeral Service.
