Obituary for HEATH

Bessie Heath passed away at her home in Tempe, Arizona after a long illness. She was born in Texas, but spent most of her life in New Mexico and Arizona. The love of her life, Chub Heath passed away in 1968. Bessie is survived by two sons, Ted and Judy Heath, and Bill and Dana Heath. She was the best grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma and always had time to play cards or teach one to crochet. She was known as Nana. Bessie leaves two brothers, Mutt and Sammy and many loved nieces and nephews to mourn her passing. She was the most talented person with her hands at what ever she put her mind to do. Making baskets or macrame a chair. She won many ribbons with her afghans in the State Fair. She was an artist and painted many pictures for family members. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 3:00 p.m., September 5, 2009 at Sunset Memorial Park, 925 Menaul Blvd. NE., Albuquerque
