Henry Frank Prusak, Sr., 91, went to be with the Lord on August 26, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine; daughter Margaret; and parents John and Ann Prusak. He was the last of 13 children. Henry is survived by his daughters, Grace A. Horning & H. Jim of Norwalk, Ohio, Jean M. Wood and H. John of Ada, OK, Patricia G. Chismar & H. Neil of Aurora, CO, Kathy L. Rivera and H. Lawrence of Albuquerque; and sons Henry F. Prusak, Jr. and W. Eileen of Danielson, CT, David R. Prusak and wife Gigi of Moriarty, NM; 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Henry retired from Valley Gold Dairies after 26 years. He was a member of First Assemblies First Family Church for 56 years, and is currently a member of Our Lady of the Annunciation Church. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a Rosary recited immediately following, in the Wyoming Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, and a Funeral Mass will be offered at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 31, 2009 at Our Lady of the Annunciation.
