Obituary for KINYON

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Saturday August 29, 2009

Melvin D. Kinyon ( inventor of the Boot Saver) was born November 12, 1924 in Kensington, Kansas. He left this world August 23, 2009, but his spirit will remain to give us all hope and reasons to think "out of the box" (like he always did). He is survived by his sister, Sis Lund; his wife-Babe; his son Smedley Kinyon; his daughter Pug Mannon and her husband Ronagan Manahan; his grandchildren are Tater Bug (Toad) Mannon, Kalabash Mannon and her partner Scotto Kennicutt, and Tudberry Woods and her husband Bear Trap Woods; his great-grandchildren are Nubbin Mannon, Scooter Woods, and Auby Woods; He also has many wonderful nieces, nephews, and friends who will pass on his legacy of humor and memories of wild and crazy and fun times...and on the other hand she wore a glove....
