Obituary for MEGAH

Geneva Megah, age 77 past away on August 9, 2009 after a short illness. Geneva was born on June 10, 1932 in Tuttle Oklahoma. She had been a proud resident of Albuquerque's South Valley since 1969. She worked at Archie's for 28 years. After her retirement she was a loyal volunteer at local Senior Citizen Centers. She was an avid collector of almost anything. Her most recent interest was in stamps. She went every Monday to be with other collectors at a stamp club. She is survived by her three sons and their wives, Bennie Raymond and Laura, Keith Alan and Linda, and Randall Gene and Evelyn; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Geneva was a kind, gentle, soul who was never mean to anyone. She will be greatly missed. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday August 20, 2009 at 10:30am at the Rio Bravo Senior Citizen's Center, 3910 Isleta SW (corner of Camino de Valle & Isleta next to the South Valley Library).
