Rose Severino Martin passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 after suffering a massive stroke last Friday which eventually took her life. Rose was 85 years of age and an Albuquerque resident for 40 years. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Severino of Albuquerque, her son Carl Severino of Peoria, Illinois, daughter-in-law Vonni Severino; and grandchildren Taylor, Paul, Carl and Jeanine. Rose Martin will be cremated at Riverside Funeral Home with a private family burial service to occur at a later date, where she will be laid to rest next to her deceased son, Chuck Severino.
