Katherine "Kay" Harley, a lifelong resident of New Mexico passed away on June 17, 2009. She was born to Katie M. and Francis M. Limbaugh in Las Cruces, NM and raised in Albuquerque. Kay was predeceased by her first husband, Marvin L. Speer Col. USAF and is survived by her husband of 31 years, Joseph B. Harley. Other survivors include one son, David M. Speer; daughter-in-law Jean; granddaughters, Lauren and Erin, all of Denver, CO; one sister, Mary Louise Hibbard; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In honor of Kay's request a private service will be held.
