Elsie G. Gonzales, 78, a resident of Albuquerque entered into rest on June 16, 2009. Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her husband, Mr. Florencio Gonzales; three children, Lilly Kutzscher and husband, Richard, Johnny Vigil and Adelina Vigil; two stepchildren, Rudy Gonzales and Mike Gonzales and wife, Janice; three sisters, Frances Vigil, Elma Espinoza and husband, Alfred, and Sylvia Baca and husband, Boni; brother, Cayetano Garcia and wife, Vicky; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Gonzales was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Anita Garcia; brothers, Jake and Manuel Garcia; and sister, Mary Worley. Visitation will be Friday, June 19, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Gabaldon Mortuary in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel. Final visitation will be Saturday, June 20, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW, with Mass of Christian Burial to be recited at 9:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Nicholas Montoya, Rudy Herrera, Boni Baca, Charles Garcia, Rodney Garcia, and Manuel Garcia.
