Rebecca "Becky" Teofila Gonzales, born in Tres Piedras, NM on May 10, 1915 to Antonio and Raquel (Duran) Gonzales, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 3, 2009 with one of her sons Manuel Ortega by her side. Visitations will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Carlisle Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m., also in the chapel recited by the Catholic Daughters of America. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 8, 2009 at 10:00 am at St. Therese Catholic Church, with Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sam Ortega, Benjay Chavez, Javis Cruz, Armando Ortega, Steve Ramirez, and Tony Gonzales.
