Bonnie Lee Magnuson was born January 29, 1923 in Gothenburg, Nebraska, the only child of Glen and Leona Price. She passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at the Hospice House. She married Clifford Frank Magnuson in 1944. He preceded her in death. Bonnie worked in the Engineering College at the University of New Mexico. She was an active alumni of Chi Omega Sorority, P.E.O., UMW, and a longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Albuquerque. New Mexico. Bonnie always enjoyed a good game of bridge. She moved to Odessa, Texas in 2008 from Albuquerque. She is survived by Susan Erickson of Arizona, Nancy Lee of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Doug Magnuson of Albuquerque NM, and Mike and Jo Forrest of Odessa. She is also survived by grandchildren, Michael and Lindsey Forrest, and great-granddaughter, Holly of Odessa, Lee Michelle Forrest and Ross Forrest of Fort Worth, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Home Hospice, 516 N. Texas, Odessa, Texas 79761. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, 2:00 p.m., at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3715 Silver Ave SE.
