Louie Joe Chavez, 38, was called home to be with our Heavenly Father on February 17, 2009 with his loving family by his side. Mr. Chavez was born on June 25, 1970 to Marvin Richard and Erminia Julia (Apodaca) Chavez who were living in Fairbanks, AL at the time. Mr. Chavez is survived by his wife, Doreen Lucia (Pacheco) Chavez; children, Shantel Monique Zapata, Steven Ramon Zapata, Joseph James Vallejos, Louie Joe Chavez, Jr.; brothers and sisters, Angela Chavez and her husband, Chris, Marvin Chavez and wife, Candy, Crystal Chavez and her life partner, Frankie, Elvis Chavez and his wife, Elizabeth, Natalie Chavez and her husband, Ronald; grandmother, Eulalia Chavez; in-laws, Ernesto and Mary Ann Pacheco; special aunt, Margaret Gallegos, who became a "Mom" to him; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will miss Louie very much. Visitation will be March 7, 2009 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Victory Outreach, 913 Sunset SW, with a Funeral Service to follow at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Joe Williams, presider.
