Luella Kroll Danielson, 89, passed from this world into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on Thursday, February 26, 2009. She was born February 7, 1920 in Blanco Co., Texas. Lu was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. She was retired from El Paso Natural Gas Company in El Paso, Texas, where she worked as a Gas Regulatory Accountant for over 20 years. Lu's passion in this life was in the world of flowers. She was a renowned Floral Hybridizer specializing in Iris's. She at one time, served as President and was an active Judge within the American Iris Society for the Albuquerque, El Paso, and Phoenix area for many years. She loved attending all the National Conventions where she made many of her long standing friends who she regarded as family. Lu loved flowers and the beauty they brought to our world. They were her joy and instrument to spread happiness into the lives that she touched. When we look upon a beautiful Iris blossom and touch it's soft and fragrant petals, we will always see her face there.
