Ernest Martinez, 61, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on February 6, 2009 at home with his loving family at his side. Mr. Martinez is survived by his beloved wife of forty-three years, Mary Agnes; his daughters, Irene Martinez and Monica Martinez; his sons, Michael Martinez and Matthew Martinez; his sisters, Erlinda Ramirez and husband, Jesse, Eralda Dominguez, Fedelina Naranjo and husband, Carl, Marcela Martinez and Angela Martinez; his brothers, Danny Martinez and wife, Judy, Richard Martinez and wife, Cleo, and Tony Martinez and wife, Jeanette; seven grandchildren, Jacob and Ericka Martinez, Falisha and Nathan Flores, Eucariz, Junior and Esperanza Lucero. Mr. Martinez was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Monday, February 9, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Santuario de San Martin Catholic Church, 8301 Camino San Martin SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Eddie and Rosie Andrade. Final visitation will be Tuesday at the Church from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Father Leo Padget, presider. Interment will follow at San Jose Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerry Archibeque, Joe Ramirez, Virgil Martinez, Rick Martinez, Lorenzo Gonzales and Robert Naranjo.
