Carol Jean Armstrong passed quietly on January 30, 2009, she was 83. Her three sons, Neal, Dale, and Glen; along with five grandkids, survive her. She lived in Albuquerque since 1957, where she not only raised her family but also had a long career as a registered nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital. Mom had a kind heart, saw the good in everyone and raised us with patience, common sense, and a firm belief in being honest. She has gone to join Dad and all her cats that have gone before. The end of an era, she truly will be missed. Instead of flowers, cards or phone calls, perform a random act of kindness in her name and be good to your animals.
