Obituary for CRAIG

Kenneth W. Craig, 89, died Wednesday, January 21, 2009, in Mesa, AZ. He was born in Ingalls, Indiana, residing in many years in both Indianapolis, Indiana and Albuquerque, New Mexico before relocating to Mesa, AZ. He is preceded in death by his wife, Christine; brothers, Wallace Craig and Donald Craig of Ingalls, Indiana; and sister, Nina Hiday, also of Ingalls Indiana. He is survived by stepdaughter, Linda Agard of Denver, Colorado; and stepson, Jack Agard of Indianapolis, Indiana; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren who all knew him as "Pop"; three nephews; one niece; and other family and friends who loved him and will miss him. He was a retired federal employee, his career included employment by Naval Ordinance, Atomic Energy, Energy Research and Development, and Energy departments, concluding with the Public Service Company of New Mexico. He was a Ballut Abyad Shriner. Kenneth will be returned to Albuquerque where Funeral Services will take place on Friday, January 30, 2009 at the Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St, NW, ABQ, 87107. 505-343-8008.
