Andrew J. Parker, age 79, passed away January 6, 2009 in Albuquerque, NM. Andy was born December 21, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA. He served in the U.S. Air Force, lived all over Europe, and was a race car driver in Europe and the U.S. He retired from DLSC at the Battle Creek Federal Center in the mid-1980s. He also held a pilot's license and after his retirement owned an airport service in New Mexico. Andy is survived by his daughter, Alexandria K. (Parker) Wibert of Coldwater, MI and two sons, location unknown. No services are planned.
