Donald J. Longtime Albuquerque resident, Donald J. Cooper passed away peacefully at home December 20, 2008 of congestive heart failure. Don was proud of being the Laboratory Supervisor of the Advanced Materials Lab at UNM since it's inception 17 years ago. Don is survived by his wife Norfleet; sons Seth and Ian; brothers Larry and Bill; sister Susan and their families. Don was greatly admired by many friends and co-workers. He will be missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Don's Life is being planned.
