Obituary for LUJAN

Theodore Lujan, 73, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on January 3, 2009. Mr. Lujan is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mrs. Marie Yvonne Lujan; his children, Patrick Lujan, Jerald Lujan and wife, Sandy, and Charlotte Viola Lujan-Lovato and husband, Victor; his sisters, Rachel Silva, Erlinda Ortiz and husband, Tony, Elvira Dietz and husband, Art, and Theresa Lujan and husband, Tony; grandchildren, Amber, Jason, Joshua, Adelina, Francisco and Kaitlyn; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Antonio, Santiago and MariaElena; and a large extended family of brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Lujan was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio and Dolores Lujan; his brothers, Juan, Andres, Castulo, Tobias and Bonifacio. Mr. Lujan was a member of the Catholic Church; a member of the Knights of Columbus, third degree; Moose Lodge life member; and Fraternal Order of Police life member. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 7, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW, with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joshua Lujan-Lovato, Francisco Lujan-Lovato, Ronnie Turrietta, Carlos Turrietta, Phillip Turrietta, and Richard Rodriguez. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Baca, David Chavez, and Michael Lujan. Arrangements by: Gabaldon Mortuary 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW 243-7861
