Mary Ortega, 74, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 29, 2008. Mrs. Ortega is survived by her children, Tim Brooks and wife, Carla, Tina Olson and husband, James, Terry Torres, Thomas Brooks and wife, Lisa; her brothers, Rudy Ortega and wife, Kathy, and David Ortega and Carmen; ten grandchildren, Kaylie, Jenna, Paul, Heather, Meagan, Letisha, Joshua, Thomas II, Alicia, and Cierra; one great-granddaughter, Madeline; a special nephew, John De Flice and wife, Charisse; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, January 4, 2009 from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 4:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Monday, January 5, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at St. Annes Catholic Church, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Father George Pavamkott, presider.
