Mr. Dolores Romero, 79, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 26, 2008. Mr. Romero is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Felia Romero; his children, Henry F. Romero, Shirley A. Lopez and husband, Joe, Joseph Romero and wife, Rachael, Priscilla Moya and husband, Elfigo, and Martha Trujillo and husband, Tim; his sister, Eloisa Padilla and husband, Herman; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Romero was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Korean Conflict. Visitation will be Monday, December 29, 2008, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. Final visitation will be Tuesday at the Church from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Father George, presider. Committal Service is scheduled for Tuesday, at 11:30 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
