Richard L. "Rick", 53, graduate of Belen High School, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph N. Garcia. He is survived by his mother Ida C. Garcia; brother, Ray Garcia and wife Carla; sisters, Anne M Garcia and Angeline Fitzgerald and husband Jeff; nephews, Marco Garcia and Brian Fitzgerald; niece and God-daughter Ashley Fitzgerald; other family and friends who loved and will miss him. Rick was employed by Sandoval County as the Personal and Risk Management Officer. All Services will be held at the Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM on Saturday, December 13, 2008 with visitation at 8:30 a.m. Rosary at 9:00 a.m. and Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Burial is to follow at Fair View Cemetery.
