Amada (Amy) Galindro, 78, a resident of Albuquerque passed away December 10, 2008 with her family at her side. Mrs. Galindro is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Pablo Galindro; children, Lucy Baca and husband, James, Pauline Rodriguez and husband, Mike, Steve Galindro and wife, Laura, Dan Galindro, Mike Galindro and wife, Eva, Tony Galindro and wife, Emily, Lorraine Torres, Margaret Dickson and husband, Frank; sisters, Clara Bachicha and husband, Joe, Bennie Fong; 20 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and two on the way; close friend, Wade Young; many other extended family and friends. Mrs. Galindro was a member of the Catholic Church. Final visitation will be Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. by Dorothy and Lorraine. Mass of Christian Burial to follow the Rosary at 9:00 a.m., Franciscan Friar, presider. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerome Baca, Jerry Galindro, Jason Galindro, Matthew Galindro, Bryan Dickson, Jacob Torres. Honorary pallbearers will be her remaining grandchildren.
