Louis Brown, 80, longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2008. He is survived by daughters, Barbara Archuleta of Colorado Springs, CO, Linda Flowers of Los Lunas; son, Rick Brown of San Diego, CA; step-son, Donnie Bradley of Albuquerque; Eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson; two sisters and one brother. Louis was born in Dixon, NM on Thursday, March 22, 1928 to the late Maria Antonia (Barela) Martinez and Louis Brown, Sr. He served his country proudly during WWII in the US Army. Louis had worked for Safeway for over 20 years before retiring. After retirement, he lived for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loved deeply.
