Jeffrey Jason Krolik, age 36, passed away on Wednesday November 19, 2008, after fighting a courageous battle with Adrenomyeloneuropathy. He is survived by his mother Sari, his father and step-mother Ralph and Mary Lynn Krolik; sister Deborah I. Yee and husband Raymond, step-sister Laura Letts; also survived by his grandmother, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jeffrey graduated from La Cueva High School in 1990, and from UNM College of Pharmacy 1995. He was a dear son, brother and friend and will be greatly missed. Services will be held at Daniels Family Funeral Services Palm Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2008. Private family Interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, family has asked donations be made to the University Hospital or United Leukodstrophy foundation 2304 Highland Dr. Sycamore, IL 60178.
