Patrick Boyd Davy, (POPS) loving, generous husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend, left us on Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at the age of 67. He will be sadly missed by Vickie, his loving wife of 46 years; and three children, Scott and spouse Terry, Traci and spouse Lee, and Marc and spouse Brigitte; daughter-in-law, Cindy Davy; and grandchildren, Christopher, Jeffrey, Joshua, Jennifer, Tyler, Gavin, Alexis, and Kyle; great-grandchildren, Harmony, and Giovanni. He also leaves his mother, Mabel Smith of Michigan; mother-in-law, Eva Stevenson; sister-in-law, Deborah Stevenson; brothers, Don, Lewis and Stewart; sisters, Beverly, Barbara, Cathy, Christy, Jayne, and Lu-Ella and their families. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He served in the United States Navy. He worked in the automotive industry for many years in different areas. He shared with many his principles and work ethic. His hobbies included silversmith, fishing, and guitar. He taught these hobbies with passion to all of his children and grandchildren. His love of books and reading included owning his own bookstore for many years. His ideal of never meeting a stranger will not be forgotten by all who knew him. He will be missed by all family and friends.
