Obituary for SEAMAN-BOYLAN

Zena Seaman-Boylan, 86, beloved and cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister passed away Saturday, October 25, 2008 after a brief but valiant battle with acute leukemia surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by husband, Lewis Seaman in 1960 and second husband, Mike Boylan of Santa Fe. She is survived by son, "Guy" Seaman and wife, Shirley of Santa Fe; daughter, Sylvia Hauser and husband, "Pat" of Albuquerque, and daughter "Margie" Trujillo of Abiquiu, NM; grandchildren, Rena Rulley, Heath Seaman, Brett Seaman, Lee Hauser, Patrick Trujillo, Lane Hauser, Tanner Trujillo; and eight great-grandchildren. Zena Rucker was born to Oscar and Margaret Rucker who settled in Regina, NM after a long horse and wagon journey. Later moved to AZ along the Colorado River where they were ranchers. After marrying Lewis they moved to Clayton, NM and were ranchers. Later began a career of 28 years in grocery then real estate and finally a passionate Real Estate Developer. Her challenges were many and each was met with total determination. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Services will be held Thursday, October 30, 2008, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Final resting will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
