Mary Ann Sutphin, 73, a resident of Albuquerque since 1969, died Sunday, October 5, 2008. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Norman Sutphin; sons, J.W. Sutphin and wife Beth and Terry Sutphin, all of Albuquerque; daughters, Debbie White of Rio Rancho, NM and Sherri Ortiz and husband Richard of Edgewood, NM; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Keeney and wife Frances of Carlsbad, NM; and numerous other relatives and friends. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Summers and Bertha Bias Keeney; and ten brothers and sisters. She was born on August 4, 1935 in Prenter, WV. Mary Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a short Memorial Service will be held at the Netherwood Church of Christ, 5101 Indian School Rd.
