Paul Joseph Cardenas, 47, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on September 27, 2008. Paul is survived by his father Gus Cardenas; twin brother, Peter Julian Cardenas; sisters Marie Goretti Otero and husband, Albino, Maria Theresa Vasquez and husband, Clyde, Maria Magdalena (Lila) Hriczko and husband, Dan; nieces and nephews, Jason, Megan, Jessica, Chris, Gabriel and Monica; grandnieces and nephews, Marissa, Isaiah, Joseph, Alexis, Juliano, Elijah, Nathaniel, Angelina, Miranda Grace; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Paul is preceded in death by his mother, Lita; niece, Amy; grandmother, Connie Lovato; and many other family members. Visitation will be Thursday, October 2, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, with a Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m., Randy Steele, presider. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dan Hriczko, Jason Cardenas, Chris Vasquez, Gabriel Vasquez, Daniel Sandoval, and Albino Otero.
