Grace Ann Duffel, 58, of Moriarty, NM passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2008 in Edgewood, NM with her loving family beside her. Grace was born on January 5, 1950 in Sioux City, IA to Victor and Geraldine (Bockelman) Badtram. After Grace graduated High School in Iowa she moved to California, Albuquerque, El Paso, Dallas, and has been a resident of Moriarty for the past nine years. Grace married Donald R. Duffel on November 27, 2001 in Bullhead City, AZ. She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church, the Lions Club, the Read & Write Adult Literacy, and the Moriarty and Edgewood Chamber. Grace was also the owner of Mountain View Auto and Diesel Inc. Grace was preceded in death by her father, Victor Badtram. She is survived by her husband Donald; mother, Geraldine Anderson; son, Josh Brusuelas and wife Laura; daughter, Trudie Maney and husband Brent, brothers, Pat Badtram; Ron Badtram; sisters, Amy Barton; Kathryn Hilbers; and three grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at the Bethel United Methodist Church in Moriarty, NM at 10:00 a.m. Brother Robert Hunt and Pastor Donna K. Jackson will be officiating.
