Veneranda "Landa" Lopez went with the Lord September 20, 2008 in Albuquerque at the age of 67. She will be greatly missed. Visitation for Mrs. Lopez will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd. SW. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2008 also at the Church of the Ascension where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
