Charles Raymond Stone, 72, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2008. Charly was born in Texas to Clifford and Ada Stone. They soon moved to Oklahoma where they raised a large family. He joined the Air Force in 1954 and served for ten years. Since then, he made Albuquerque his home. He is survived by his sister, Ruth Davis; brother, Bill Stone; daughter, Jemmie; and a grandson. The last several years, Charly was partners in life with Linda A. Lee. He spent his civilian life as a big truck mechanic. He will be missed by all whoe knew and loved him. There will be a Memorial Service held at Monterey Baptish Church, 12501 Lomas NE at 4:00 p.m., on Monday, September, 22, 2008.
