Donna Mae Asher, 86, a resident of Albuquerque since 1972, passed away Friday, September 5, 2008. She was born May 1, 1922 in Regal, MN. She is survived by her children, Diane and husband Gerald Carlson, Robert Asher, and Douglas and wife Cindy Asher; grandchildren, David, Steven, Selena, Jessica, Alex and Katy; great-grandchildren Christine Mae, Jaden and Jeremy; and her partner, Russ Kruppe. She was preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Louisa Harris; her husband, John; and siblings Pearl Fangmeir, Lois Isenberg, Dorothy Watson, Clifford Harris and Darrel Harris. Donna retired from Rosemount Engineering Co. in Minnesota and TVI in Albuquerque. She was a member of Sangre de Cristo Catholic Community. Memorial Rosary will be recited Thursday, September 11, 2008, 6:00 p.m., at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Community, 8901 Candelaria Rd NE. Memorial Mass will be Saturday, September 13, 2008, 10:00 a.m. at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Community. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
