Michael Ray Siddell, 43, a resident of Albuquerque, NM since 1970, was called to his Heavenly Father on Friday, August 22, 2008 with his family by his side. Michael was born on January 13, 1965 to Roger and Wilma J. (Hollowell) Siddell of Rantoul, IL. He was baptized in 1978 at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church of Albuquerque. Michael graduated from Manzano High School in 1983 and had participated in the school's baseball team. He then attended TVI (now CNM) and studied diagnostic sonography. He loved antique cars and was currently restoring a 1957 Chevy Truck. His favorite NFL team was the Chicago Bears and he also liked to watch boxing. Michael cheered for his son, Fabian, and his soccer accomplishments. He was employed by Core-Mark as a warehouse manager. Michael is survived by his son, Fabian Ray Siddell;grandson, Jody Siddell; his fiance, Serina Chiquito; his mother, Wilma J. Siddell; brothers, Myron J. Siddell, Carlos Lee Siddell, and Gregory Allen Siddell; and numerous nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Roger Siddell, and his grandparents. A Viewing and Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, 1100 Coal Ave SE. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 26, at 1:00 P.M., also at the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services. The Reverend Alonzo Twitty will preside over the funeral services.
