Anthony Goodwin Metzgar, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2008. Anthony is survived by his grandmother, Virginia Lopez; mother, Loretta Parenti and husband, Joe; brother, Eric Goodwin and wife, Pam and nephews, Grant and Garrett of Dallas, TX; sister, Yvonne Ramirez of Dallas, TX and nephew, Lawrence Ramirez and nieces, Antoinette and Andrea Ramirez of Albuquerque; uncle, Richard Metzgar and wife, Olivia; aunt, Gloria Orona and husband, John; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William; sister and brother-in-law, Renee and Joseph Ortega; grandparents, Julian and Veneranda Metzgar and Epifanio Lopez. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Gate of Heaven Chapel, 7999 Wyoming NE (Paseo del Norte and Wyoming) with Rev. Alex Trujillo as the celebrant.
