Rex Eaves, 93, a resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, August 21, 2008. Mr. Eaves is survived by his wife of 66 years, Verjean; sons, Lynn Eaves and wife, Susette, Rod Eaves and wife, Dinah; granddaughter, Louisa. He is also survived by his sister, Adele Melton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Sarah; and eight siblings. Rex served his country in the US Army Air Corp during WW II. He retired from Sandia Labs after 25 years. Services will be Monday, August 25, 2008 at 12:00 p.m., at French Mortuary University Blvd. Chapel with burial to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
