Helen R. Ward, 84, a resident of Albuquerque went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 17, 2008, surrounded by her family. She is survived by four children, Larry J. Smith and wife Sue, Jerry L. Smith and wife Marilyn, Karen Minnehan, and Jimalene Edwards; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her husband and two sons. A Graveside Service will be held in Helen's honor on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 11:30 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
