Eric M. Griego, Jr., 5, of Albuquerque. Eric's family would like to thank all who have surrounded them with so much love and kindness during his life, throughout his illness, and as we mourn our loss. We would especially like to thank his doctors, nurses, social workers, and so many others who lovingly fought over who would take care of Eric. Thank you to Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church for their spiritual care. Special thanks to the Children's Cancer Fund of NM for their assistance. In his final days here on Earth, Eric was cared for by UMC Hospital in Tucson, AZ. The entire staff of UMC was so tender and kind and we have so much gratitude for them.
