Obituary for WESTERMAN

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Saturday August 02, 2008

Gayle Westerman passed away on July 28, 2008 while visiting family in Albuquerque. She was 50 years old, and is survived by her husband, Bruce Westerman; son, Joshua Klein, his wife Meiling; and granddaughter, Dylan Gayle; daughter, Audrey and her husband Jason Paul; daughter, Kassandra Westerman; son, Trevor Westerman; sister and brother-in-law Arlene and Glen Stahl; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, Fred and Anne Hulse; brothers, Charles and Paul Hulse; and sisters, Betty King and Katherine Hulse. Her home was in Royse City, TX where she lived in her dream-home that she designed. She worked as a child-care provider, and most recently as a home-health assistant. Gayle touched the lives of everyone she met and was loved by all in return. Known for her sense of humor and sincerity, she could always bring a smile to your face and always be there in a time of need. She loved building memories and preserving them through photos, scrapbooks, and her websites. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service has been held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Animal Humane Association. Gayle had a passion to question the meaning of life and was well aware of its inevitable end. In that, she asked all that knew her to "Forget the sadness, and remember me with gladness." French Mortuary, Inc. 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE (505) 823-9400 www.frenchmortuary.com
