Lucas S. Romero was born June 17, 1924 and passed away July 19, 2008. He was the beloved father of Alfonso Romero, Elizardo Romero, Cecelia Romero Tkach, Tony Romero, Joe Romero, Michael Romero, Edward Romero, and David Romero. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, with one due in August 2008. Lucas was preceded in death by his wife, Alice O. Romero. A Rosary took place on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 and a Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 10 a.m., at San Jose Catholic Church on Broadway. Cremation is to follow.
