Jan C. Peters, 51, died on Sunday. She was preceeded in death by her parents: John C. and Ruth W. Peters. Jan is survived by her husband, Mike Mendez; daughters: Melissa Jantz and Carrie Moore and husband, Mike; brother: Keith Peters and wife, Melonie; sisters: Pam Holden and husband, Fred; Bern Powers and husband, John; Jacque Peters; 3 grandchildren: Evan Jantz, Austin, and Emma Moore; and nephew: Buck Holden with wife, Beth and son, Travis. Jan loved to be with her grandchildren. She also loved yardwork, riding Harleys, playing pool, and being with friends and family. She has been cremated and there are no services scheduled.
