Keith Glenn Church, 45, passed away in La Mesa, CA. Keith was born in Albuquerque, NM on March 10, 1963. He attended A. Montoya Elementary and Roosevelt Middle School in Tijeras, and graduated 3rd in his class from Manzano HS in Albuquerque in 1981. He attended Idaho University, where he graduated in 1985 with honors, with degrees in Mathematics and Physics. His career as a scientist was with SPAWAR Systems Center, a Navy laboratory, in San Diego, CA. Keith is survived by his mother, Stella Foster and stepfather, Gary of Christiansburg, VA; and by his father, Eugene Church and stepmother, Sara of Albuquerque, NM; grandmother, Myrtle Thompson of Radford, VA, and an extended family of numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother, Phillip in 1978. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on July 23, 2008 at Mountainside United Methodist Church, 4 Penny Lane, Cedar Crest, NM.
