John L. Webster, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008. He is survived by nephews, Michael Lowe, Patrick Lowe and Thomas Lowe. John, a First Lieutenant, served in World War II in the Army Air Corps as well as the Berlin Air Lift. He was the president of Mile High Little League for a number of years and a little league baseball field was named in his honor, "Webster's Field." John was influential in the lives of many and will be cherished and missed by all. A Memorial will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery, with full military honors.
