Obituary for RYANCZAK

MARIE T. RYANCZAK, 87, a resident of the New Mexico Veteran's Home in Truth or Consequences, passed away on July 10, 2008. Marie was born on July 21, 1920 to Louis and Agnes Donato in Brooklyn, NY. A U. S. Coast Guard veteran during WWII, she was a long-time resident of Albuquerque where she worked for the Department of Energy and was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. She also resided in Las Cruces, where she was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, in 1990. She is survived by her sons, Michael of Virginia, Thomas and wife, Bonnie, of Albuquerque; daughter, Regina, of Las Cruces; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Survivors also include her brother, Frank, of Colorado; sister, Dolly, of Ohio and sister, Helen, of Florida. A Mass will be celebrated in her honor at 12:10 p.m. on July 21, 2008 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Las Cruces. Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
