Janice L. Baczek, 54, Daughter, Niece, Sister, Beloved Wife, Mother of two, and Friend to so many, died July 9 after a long and hard fought battle with cancer. Janice is preceded in death by her father John F. Carmody Sr. & grandmother Dorthea Carmody. Janice is survived by her husband of 18 years, Mark Baczek, daughter Erin & son Sean, her mother, Carol Carmody, her aunt Joyce Carmody Allen, her brothers Joe Carmody & wife Robin, Jerry Carmody & wife Susan, John F.Carmody III & wife Pam, Jeff Carmody & wife Kelly, her mother-in-law Helen Baczek, in-laws Colleen McNamara & husband Gill, Frank Baczek & wife Thane, Greg Baczek, Nancy Baczek, Anthony Baczek & wife Charlene, Joanna Baczek Frumkin & husband Paul, Mary Baczek Reith & husband John and many nieces & nephews. Cremation has taken place & she is now at rest with her family. A memorial service is weeks pending & will be announced. Janice's husband, Mark, asks those who have known Janice to help write her legacy by providing him with a story of your individual relationship with Janice so that her Children & Mark may look back to a scrapbook of her life's stories for strength in the future.
