Antoinette B. Valentine, 86, a resident of Rio Rancho since 1975, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2008. Antoinette was born December 24, 1921, the daughter of Alphonso and Pauline Stomato Bruno in Jersey City, NJ. She was an active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing bingo. Antoinette was preceded in death by her husband, James V. Valentine in 1989; daughter, Paula Rosa, and son James J. Valentine, both in 2000. She is survived by her four children, Christine Poswiatowski of Sebastian, FL, Allen Valentine and wife Jackalyn of Oscada, MI, Janice Valentine of Rio Rancho, and Diane Jennings and husband Carl of Rio Rancho; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Joann Valentine, son-in-law, Stephen Poswiatowski, and son-in-law, Roman Rosa; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by the people whose lives she touched. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2008 from 6 PM to 9 p.m., with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 10:30 a.m., at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho.
