Carolyn F. Welbon, 66, died June 12, 2008. She is survived by her sisters, Ada L Davis, Margaret Potts, Gladys Barker; their families; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Ada Forsyth. Carolyn received her Doctorate of Culinary Arts and served as Executive Chef in her own restaurant as well as other enterprises. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held in South Holland, IL, Friday, June, 27, 2008.
